If you have customized your bag or your desired bag is not in stock, the processing time can take between 2-4 weeks.

 

Once your order has been handed over to our shipping service provider, the delivery time is approximately 2-5 working days.

 

Express deliveries are currently not possible.

Change of delivery address:

Please contact us immediately if you wish to change your delivery address. If the order has not yet been handed over to the delivery service, an address change is possible.

 

Changes and edits to your order:

An order can no longer be changed, but it can be cancelled. This gives you the opportunity to make changes by placing a new order.
